Jordan established Activate in 2015. He takes a functional approach to treatment, aiming to have you back to your best as fast as possible.
Sam joined Activate Health Clinics in September 2017. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the public and private physiotherapy sectors. He has worked with a variety of sporting teams including Roseville Rugby, Balmain Districts Football Club and the Cranbrook School's 1st XV rugby and 1st XI and soccer teams. Sam combines his expertise in manual therapy techniques with the best exercise and movement based strategies to return you to activity as quickly as possible.
Jarrod is interests in injuries began we they began to impact his athletics career. Frustration on not knowing enough to get himself better he decided to learn more and to help himself. Jarrod represented Australia at The World championships and Commonwealth Games in track and field specialising in sprints and relays. He has big interest in AFL and works with both UNSW & East Coast Eagles AFL clubs. He is a regular guest presenter in running rehabilitation and analysis having presented at Running symposiums and Masters of sport physiotherapy programs. Jarrod has a keen interest in sporting injuries, running bio-mechanical analysis and working with clients to achieve their specific goals in addition to accelerating performance goals. To achieve this, his treatment incorporates soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, exercise prescription to correct dysfunctional movement patterns.
Nanci is a holistic Nutritionist who believes strongly in the power of food as medicine. She specialises in a range of issues and ailments, such as weight management, athletic performance, hormonal balance, gut issues, stress, skin health, pre and post natal preparation, and general health and wellness. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and soon to be naturopath, and likes to incorporate all modalities into her clients treatment plans.
